    How do I place an order?

    Online at www.btx.com. Our new website has many exciting features including attributes that allow you to quickly find what you are looking for and in-depth product information.

    Call 800.666.0996 between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday. A Sales Specialist will be happy to assist you. All in-stock orders placed by 5:00 p.m. ET will ship the same day.

    Fax us at 800.569.4244. Your order will be entered immediately or on the next business day based upon when it was received.

    What are your hours of operation?

    Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders can also be faxed to 800.569.4244.

    What is your same day shipping deadline?

    All in-stock items ordered by 5:00 p.m. ET will ship the same day.

    How do you ship?

    All BTX web orders ship via FedEx – either Ground, 2nd Day, or Priority Overnight. If you require a different shipping method from BTX than what is available on the web, please contact a Sales Specialist at 800.666.0996 and press 1 for sales.

    How do I track my order?

    All orders can be checked via the My Accounts Page on the website. If you need any assistance with your account information, you can call a Sales Specialist at 800.666.0996.

    If an order has been partially shipped, you can check the open order report in the My Accounts page. Click on the order number and you will see the tracking number in the header of the report. Open orders can be searched via BTX Order No, Customer PO No or Item ID.

    If an order has been fully shipped, it will no longer show in the open orders report on the web site. You can then check the Invoices Report. Invoices can be searched via BTX Order No., Customer PO No. or Item ID.

    You can even check orders that were placed via phone or fax.

    What if I have a question about my order?

    All questions can be directed to a Sales Specialist at 800.666.0996 or to the Outside Sales Manager in your region. You can also use our Live Chat service which will allow you to connect to one of our Sales Specialist during our hours of operation.

    What payment methods do you offer?

    VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are gladly accepted. Net 30 day terms are available upon BTX’s approval of a completed credit application. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% annually) will be assessed against all past due balances.

    How do I set up blanket orders?

    You can rely on BTX to manage your regular shipments.

    • Start the process by emailing sales@btx.com or contacting the Outside Sales Manager in your region.
    • Blanket orders must be received in written form with scheduled release dates.
    • The period of a blanket order is for a maximum of 12 months.
    • Blanket orders for standard product may be altered for release quantities or dates with written approval from BTX.
    • If release dates are accelerated, BTX will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the new requirements but shall not be held responsible to meet these new dates.
    • Blanket orders for custom products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
    • If you require BTX to keep a given amount of bonded inventory for your use, this inventory must be paid for when inventory is segregated for your exclusive use.
    • If at the end of 12 months you have not taken all product from the blanket, BTX reserves the right to ship the remaining product and bill you accordingly.
    Custom or Special Order Information

    BTX has a wide variety of custom and special order products including those from our Fiber Lab, our custom copper assembly department and our Pro Plates and Panel division. These solutions are made-to-order and are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Please talk to a Sales Specialist to learn more.

Account Management
    Can I change my billing address?

    To make any changes to your billing address, please call one of our Sales Specialists at 800.666.0996 or email us at info@btx.com and we will be happy to make the appropriate changes.

    How can I apply for a credit account?

    BTX offers Net 30 day terms upon approval of a completed credit application. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% annually) will be assessed against all past due to balances.

    How can I view my account and payment types and pricing information?

    Log on to your account through the www.btx.com and click ‘My Account’. Through your account you can see a variety of useful information including Open Orders, Purchase History, and Open Payables. You can also save project lists for items you order frequently and create / save quotes.

    When you are finishing the check out process, you will be giving payment options based on your account information.

    If you are logged on to the BTX website, you will see your available pricing. If you are not logged on to the system, you will be shown MSRP information.

    You can easily register to become an online shopper in the My Account section. BTX Policies
    How do I return a purchase?

    All returns must have an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number assigned by a member of the BTX customer service or sales departments. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the box will be refused.

    Ship all returns, with original packaging and all product components pre-paid to:

    All returned products with a valid RMA number will be evaluated. The issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee credit. If BTX deems that a product is defective and still within the warranty period, we will do one of the following at our discretion: repair or replace the product, issue a refund, or credit your account.

    Products accepted for return for reasons other than defect or error by BTX will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee and must be received within 30 days from date of shipment. If a manufacturer’s restocking charge is greater than 15%, BTX will charge the manufacturer’s restocking fee.

    Please note that custom or special order products are only returnable due to manufacturing defects or error by BTX.

    What are your warranty guidelines?

    BTX guarantees products and equipment of its manufacture against all defects in material and/or workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect at no charge provided the defective product is returned (transportation pre-paid) to BTX. This warranty extends for 5 years from date of purchase, and does not extend to products which have been subjected to neglect, accident, or improper use. Warranties on any distributed product sold by BTX are subject solely to the manufacturers’ written warranty. There are no other expressed or implied warranties except as set forth herein. BTX is not responsible for any consequential damages, incidental damages, or incidental expenses, including injury to persons or property.
