The MaxBlox CA-MX35 (female) by BTX Technologies is a panel-mount 3.5mm stereo connector that features a genuine Phoenix Contact terminal block in place of the usual solder tabs. This patent-pending connector dramatically reduces installation time and cost by eliminating the need for soldering. The CA-MX35 is designed to fit in a 1/2" D style punch for use in any off-the-shelf plate or panel.

The CA-MX35's terminal block contains three clearly labeled screw terminals for T, R & S. Each terminal accommodates cable sizes ranging from 16 AWG to 30 AWG. To terminate, simply strip wire, insert it in to block, and screw down. The low profile CA-MX35 rear mounts in a panel with the supplied nut and is less than a 1/2" behind the plate. Ideal for use in a plate alongside the MaxBlox CD-MX15F* (female HD15). This tandem allows for a completely solderless computer video and computer audio plate solution.
